To be honest, I think I might not have been "ready" for this book, or something. I found it kind of hard to understand and absorb a lot of the time, because it's talking about things on such a "high level", so I spent a LOT of time re-reading (sometimes as many as 5 times to get through a paragraph). I did have a bit more luck with understanding/being able to focus on it when I read it aloud to myself like a weirdo. I do think it was good, though, and in particular the action items at the end of each of the 7 laws' individual chapters. I think reading it again when I'm maybe "further along in my journey" of understanding would help me to get more out of it, but a fair amount did resonate with me.
