Well, I am glad I gave this series another change. I was not a fan of book 1 but book 2 was definitely better!

I felt that this book was still predictable and did not flow as well as it could, but the characters were better developed and the book was more engaging. I am definitely intrigued to see how the rest of the story goes.

Now that we are gaining more background information on the main character, I feel that I can connect with her better and that I am able to engage better with the book.

Still room for improvement but I am definitely happier with this book.
