Most of what I’ve read from Derek Sivers have been an easy read. While I don’t always align with how he sees the world (which is also very much his advice—to always try to see the flipside when counsel is received), I admire how he’s able to concisely sum up a life principle in practice. Some gurus would serve up word salad to fill up a chapter, while Derek gives you a couple of pages in delivering a point. A great read to start the year with, something I’ll return to at some point for sure.
