           Going into this book I thought it was going to be a continuation of the six perspectives told in Blackout! But instead I was met with a fresh group of people in a completely different state. At first I really hated it, but as time progressed I found myself engrossed.

Now maybe I’m getting a little too old for these types of books but I hate how unrealistic the ending sought out to be. Typical teenagers don’t know the code to the safe where their phone is and cannot just leave when grounded. Then again typical teenagers don’t have the kind of connections that these kids had. 

I love that in the end, people got to explain their side and there was forgiveness which is good for a second chance romance but I will say… this is a lesson about not jumping to conclusions!

I found this book to be perfectly fine. Most of the couples in the book were cute, especially Jordyn and Omari, Kaz and Porsha, and Jimi and Teo, who were my favourites. This book had a great concept and was executed well with all the short stories intertwining over one snowy Atlanta day to form a bigger story.

There was one thing I didn't like about this book: I thought there were a lot of characters, and as the book progressed, it became harder to keep track of who each character was and what relationship each had to another. Keeping track of all the various characters and what role they played in Stevie and Sola's lives, particularly Stevie's grand gesture towards Sola, was definitely slightly confusing at times.

Also, Stevie and Sola were not my favourite couple, even though they were very integral to the plot and the book, which revolved around Stevie's gesture for Sola. The other individual romances were much more enjoyable to me than Stevie and Sola's. Ultimately, I wasn't overly fond of Stevie and Sola either individually or as a couple, which contributed greatly to my 3 star rating of the book.

these interconnected anthologies are always such a gem and i hope this group continues to do more of them.
