When I first started reading this book, my immediate thought was, "oh great, another post-apocalyptic world book". I was wrong.

This was a fantastic, engaging, suspenseful read. I dived into it very quickly and could not stop reading it until the end. I finished it in less than 2 hours because I could not put it down.

The plot is full of twists and turns, the characters are very well developed, and the story line is unique. I do not want to give away spoilers in this book so I won't go into much detail. Suffice it to say, I can't wait to read book 2.
