And I'm breaking every rule of friendship by holing her up in my best friend Jack's house while he's away on business.I thought life was difficult enough when I fell for the girl, but it gets a whole lot harder when Jack comes home early and finds a beautiful stranger causing chaos in his house. And a whole lot harder still when he falls for her too. He's the one guy on this planet I'd share my last supper with. I'd share it gladly. I'm just not so sure how I feel about sharing Carrie Wells.

3.5 stars Soooo yeah ... I really enjoyed Jade West’s Sugar Daddies and this was supposed to be a very similar type of story, so I decided to give it a shot. It really didn’t hit the mark for me though. The whole relationship seemed troublesome and problematic at times. I felt like Carrie was totally insolent and over the top, her reasoning was not realistic at all and of course the “Daddy” thing was just weird and not my cup of tea. Additionally, this isn’t a truly poly story ... except until maybe at the very end. Not in the same sense as Sugar Daddies, at least. There really isn’t a m/m relationship there as one may be led to believe except some consensual touching at Carrie’s behest. Jade is great at writing steamy scenes but this story rubbed me the wrong way a few too many times, making it hard to enjoy. I couldn’t feel as though Carrie went into things with a clear mind. I definitely enjoy this author though and will try more from her down the road!
