My First Pets Board Book

My daughter picked out My First Pets Board Book on a recent trip to a book store. She likes the different photographs of animals, especially the pages with the cats and kittens. As with most DK board books, My First Pets... relies on excellent photographic illustrations. This book is more interesting than the "Touch and Feel" series of books. It starts off like the My First ABC Board Book with pages of labeled photographs relating to differing animals. Then it goes onto discuss the different things animals eat, what they look like up close and ends with a counting exercise. My daughter loves the variety.
