I originally purchased this book to supplement the instructional works K. M. Weiland provides.

I was caught up in the first chapter! The plot(s) and character development were only surpassed by the excellent, soul grabbing writing. This is how every 'writer helping writers' should demonstrate their skills.

And, needless to say, I was very disappointed that there wasn't a sequel waiting for me at the end.
