Comrades of the Thirteenth! Cheered by your cordial response to the invitation of your Chaplain to attend Divine service in this temple of God last year, and by your respectful and sympathetic attention to the discourse then preached, I have renewed the invitation; and in behalf, not only of myself, but of the congregation statedly worshiping here, I bid you all a fraternal welcome.
