The beginning eases you well into understanding what happens inside the mind of HSPs. However, the book seems to get rather wordy later on, so I skipped many pages. Maybe it is just me who already read too much about highly sensitive people so I find many ideas in this book repetitive. 
Anyway, I think it would be enlightening to those new to the topic.
