gave up at chapter 12 (pats self on back for this monumental accomplishment)

Not even sure why anyone would want to read 79 chapters of a book i'm pretty sure more than half of it is filled with two people seriously angry at the world.. why does this book have 79 chapters? probably going to read a couple of chapters a day till i get to 79 + epilogue just cos dammit i need to stop skipping these mushy books.

UPDATE: Decided to try and finish this novel but nah!! Way too much angry in this book and i really couldn't make myself care enough about all the hurdles the characters had to go to get their happily ever after.
The epilogue was sweet though so really you could just skip the whole book and read that. 
P.S: 79 chapters + an epilogue is way too many chapters for a romance book.

I've read this author's Devil series and assumed that this book would be similar in the sense that it would be witty and funny yet also emotional and moving.

This... was so much heavier than I was expecting. In fact, I wasn't expecting heavy at all, and I got hit with a fucking brick ton of heavy. Not that I'm complaining, I just wasn't prepared lmao.

I can't even begin to fathom what it would be like to walk (or in her case, run) a day in Olivia's shoes. I mean, where to start? There's the fact that she runs in her sleep because of her nightmares, the cause for her nightmares, or just the fact that she is utterly and miserably all alone. My heart continually broke for her throughout this book. She could not catch a break and just when you think things couldn't get worse for her, they absolutely do, and it was crushing.

I'm glad she had Will and Dorothy come in and take care of her. It was frustrating to watch Will hold himself back and not give in, but I completely understand why. They were tough circumstances.

The epilogue definitely had me in tears. This book was not at all what I was expecting, but I loved it anyway!

I loved every second of this book. Though it was long and I feel like the sleep running was stopped pretty early in, it was still so good as i’m a sucker for sports romances.

4.5 stars. LOVED THE BOOK SOOO MUCH!!! it was such a quick and fun read. aside from getting to see will and olivia’s relationship develop i also loved seeing their individual development throughout the book. and the epilogue was literally everything i wanted
