Children's story. Bob the builder is very embarrassed when elves inhabit his home and start cleaning, shining his work boots and putting fairy bread in his lunch box. Bob doesn't know what to do until he talks to his neighbour Lily. Book has no relationship with the BBC TV character 'Bob the Builder'. Author has five times won the Childrens Book Council of Australia's Book of the Year (Younger Readers) Award and her books include 'Pigs Might Fly' and the Rowan of Rin series.
