Express Your Light

From the book: "The light of source lives in you. That light means you are always connected with God and you have nothing to fear.The problem comes when you hide your own light. This is an important point here. It's you who hides your own light and nobody else. By observing others you may have learned that your light is dangerous or your light will cause you to be unloved, or your light is not worth sharing.This is a hard realization to have because your whole purpose in being born on this earth is to fully shine your light. It's the most important thing you can do in this life and it's designed to come as naturally as breathing.Contrary to what many of my children believe there are no dark or evil forces that are stopping you from sharing your light. There is only the fear that comes from the absence of light.When you are not being directly connected to the light you are confronted with the fear that comes from feeling unloved.We all need Love to survive. Love is light. Love, just like light, is energy from your source. It's the most important thing anyone needs to survive and especially to thrive. Love is more important than food and water.
