The book signals a real problem for startups after they have success with one product/service. I appreciate the framework they propose to create the next big thing, however there were a lot of things missing related to a more tactical sense of each chapter (and perhaps way too much use cases). I like the book, although I’ll keep searching for a more streamlined version of specific chapters (ex. Innovation accounting).
