Representation of mental health issues and the stigma surrounding it. 
 
This book was published earlier this year in March, so I can't go around saying it has out-dated stereotypes and stuff. But it's taught me to appreciate how much more open and accepting the people and media I surround myself with are of mental health struggles.

I would advise to look up CW/TW just in case, because I personally found some parts quite triggering for me. I'm not someone who is particularly sensitive about any time of content, but those some parts got really personal.
