Imaginative, nostalgic, nerdy. 80s nerd nostalgia at its finest. I can't wait until there's a 90s/00s/10s version one day. Can't wait to see if the movie is worth seeing. Seems like it's going to have an amazing soundtrack and of course amazing visuals. This universe kind of gives me Hunger Games vibes. I also feel like the latest season of Black Mirror stole some of their ideas from this. I didn't understand all of the references and I haven't seen a lot of the movies mentioned but now I guess I'll add them to the list! I don't think the movie will live up to this book but we'll see.

This book is definitely now in my top five books! I love the adventure and the way the author incorporated AI and how our future could go.
