The "twists" were obvious but Sky being gay, and in love with Miles, not Alison. I did not see that coming at all. I hate the way he was forced to come out

It was kind of bland, nothing crazy happens. I still enjoyed it though and it was a nice quick read.

This was the second book that I’ve read from this author and I have to say I am disappointed from this one like I was with the first.

The idea behind it had great promise and that’s what drawn me towards it. These books are showing me that YA slasher/thrillers maybe aren’t my cup of tea.

What I did appreciate about this book was Sky and Mint’s friendship. I loved how supportive they were of one another. I wanted to scream and shake Alissa multiple times in this.

I loved the idea behind this and I think if you’re an inexperienced reader that this will be a good read for you.

           That’s not how PTSD works. The twist sucked and was borderline offensive to mentally ill people. The second a character was forcibly outed as gay other characters were immediately homophobic to him. The only reason this isn’t 1 star is cause the premise could actually have been good if handled by a different person.
