And this book is no different. Sam and Scott were childhood enemies and hot not seen each other in years. But when they meet up again, they both struggle with the fact that they never actually really hated each other and have an undeniable attraction to each other. The hero and heroine were a bit different from what I feel I have read from this author before. But I loved them both. They were complicated yet very relateable real people that just pulled you into their story. I loved how we went back and forth to the past and present, and over all just how much this book made me feel for Sam and Scott. Especially Scott. I truly hated his dad. All in another excellent book. Yet again Eve Dangerfield proves she can write very different characters and stories, yet all with the same knack of pulling you in and making you never want to finish the story.
