I love this world, with the Bright and the Fell, and nothing is what it seems. Aura is such an amazing heroine. She is strong and brave and fights with her life for everything and everyone she holds dear, but her past is a complete mystery, even to herself. Nathaniel is one of the Fell, but he’s not like any other Fell that Aura has ever encountered. So much about Nathaniel is also shrouded in mystery. I seriously love all the possibilities wrapped in this story. The action, interactions, and intrigues enthralled me throughout, while a corner of my mind kept suggesting the possible answers to all the questions that the story proposed. I need to know the answers! I know this all may sound vague, but I don’t want to spoil a single moment for anyone! This book was that awesome! I cannot wait for the second book.
