two unhinged woman.

** spoiler alert ** Solid 3.5⭐️ I actually read this very fast and appreciated the short chapters, however both main characters are just so toxic. I was too engrossed in the plot to DNF this book, but was glad once it was over. Happy I read it, was interesting, but despise women actively going after married men 🤷🏻♀️

3.5 Stars. Neena almost made me not finish.

5 GLOWING STARS!!! Great plot twists. Characters that you love/hate. I can’t wait to read more books by this author.

** spoiler alert ** I really enjoyed this book and how both main characters were “bad” people. In fact, the only person who was decent was Matt. I did not think that William was worth either Cat’s or Neena’s time. At first when it was revealed that it was Cat who had orchestrated this plan to frame Neena, I was not super happy that she got away with it because both Neena and Cat were not good people. I found it unfair in a sense that one woman won and the other one lost. However, I was satisfied when Cat revealed her guilt over destroying Neena’s life and kinda realized that William was not worth all that work and sabotage. So both main character were left u happy and I think that makes sense since they are below par people.

** spoiler alert ** such a good thriller and probably would say one of my favorites this year so far. neena and cat’s passive aggressive banter was so funny to read while they both tryna outsmart each other. the way i was rooting for cat and hated neena and then felt bad for neena and hated cat. but i loved the ending was some closure and as fucked up as this book was. how the two of them did all of this for william winthorpe was just hilarious.

3.5 stars-- Fast paced the whole book but the end kind of pittered out IMO, and v predictable

Spannend und coole Charakter

GENIUS GENIUS GENIUS This books was GENIUS! It was so good that you could NOT put it down! It kept you at the edge of your seat. Each character was beautifully written and the dual POV with the time jumps were amazing for moving the story along. It really took me less than a week to finish and if I had not had finals probably less! The suspense was really killing me. Cat Winthrope, a queen. Matt, a baby who deserved better. Definitely a new favorite!

Kind of started out with “Big Little Lies” vibes and then kinda gave me “Gone Girl” vibes towards the end. Definitely kept me entertained but felt more a very dramatic romance novel than a thriller

All of that for a man just because he’s rich? Girl I guess… lol

3.5/5 I went into this book with little to no background on what it was about. Although, I am not a fan of infidelity in stories, this was an interesting take. I will say every character in this book is a horrible person but it was entertaining to watch everything unravel. I was able to guess quite quickly in the story what the plot twist was but I enjoyed the way A.R. Torre brought the story together. All in all, it was a fun and quick read.

Cat and William have the picturesque life together. A mansion, a loving and faithful marriage, money galore…. But one thing that is lacking is from their business, Winthrope Tech, is William’s inability to manage his employees without firing them. William decides to hire Dr. Neena Ryder to help on the psychological end of the business to better communicate with his employees. But Cat quickly realizes that Neena may not only be interested in their thriving business and that it’s more likely she is using her skills to win over William. Every Last Secret is 289 pages long and took me two days to read. I LOVED THIS BOOK! It’s a must-read of 2020. I’m giving it a 4.5 out of 5! If you like mystery/thrillers then you need to pick up Every Last Secret! Thank you, Thomas & Mercer, for sending me this copy! Here’s to the adventure of finding a novel novel! Lacey

If you have any cheating trauma this could cause a lot of emotions, it did for me! I credit that to it being well written too, anything that can make you feel strong emotions is doing its job. You read the book from the perspective of a woman trying to steal a husband and the perspective of the wife of that man. So you can see one's sinister motives and the other's paranoia. If you can handle that build up for 2/3rds of the book to show how their dynamic develops the last 1/3rd is sooo worth it!

I absolutely loved this book. It was the perfect mix of Gone Girl and Real Housewives. An absolute gem of a thriller/mystery and kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time.

This. Book. Omg. It had me hooked from the very first page. I had so many emotions reading this book and it made me hate characters and love them and get mad all at the same time. I felt the ending was a tad bit predictable, but i still enjoyed it. There was still a few things that surprised me!

3,5 ⭐️ This was a very quick, entertaining & engaging toxic read

High-society San Francisco antics fill this book to the brim from hors d’oeuvre to petty seduction plays. A brilliant tale-telling of a wife’s motives and first-world problems.

Far better than I expected I really got sucked into this book. The characters are perfectly awful... all of them. The female characters are similar in nature just not in skill. The male characters are both pathetic in their own way. Matt is a punching bag. William is arrogant and undeserving. Although, I didn’t outright dislike him until the end of the book. Neena is an amateurish destroyer in pursuit of the things she wants. Cat is proficient in whatever course of action she chooses to take. I don’t hate her character. She protects, sometimes overzealously, the things that are hers. While she isn’t the picture of morality, she is tenacious.
