I probably won't continue with this series anymore. I do like the characters Marie Force created and was very excited for Emma's and Grayson's story but must admit that I keep getting disappointed more and more. 

There is not really any depth to them or their love story. It just seems not different to any of the others, who are already way to similar to each other. I feel like you can read two or three of them and then everything just kind of repeats itself with just different characters. There are no surprises or really anything new to it at all. 

Emma is again from New York and we have again the problem that the two of them live so far apart from one another, as we had it with Cam and Lucy already and will probably keep seeing again. It's also again instalove which I'm not the keenest on but I can get along with it if it's written believable and fits. Here it totally didn't work for me! They both are completely strangers and tell each other their deepest secrets straight away, which they've not even told there most trusted people in their lives and after that it just seems like a series of endless sex scenes. I mean Emma hasn't been with someone for ten years and her last 'relationship' did end very badly as has been her sexual experience so far. But they act deeply in love from the first second on, which in my opinion is nothing but attraction, and act on it. And I just don't like how comfortable Emma is with this whole situation straight away. Grayson at least is more experienced and doesn't seem to have made such bad experiences concerning this. For me they act like horny teenagers and call it love making and also tell one another that they love each other after a couple of days knowing one another. I mean they have barely spent any time with one another outside a bed, so when did they actually started to get to know each other and could begin to develop proper feelings for one another? I just don't see it at all! 

They do seem like a nice couple and I love Simone and wish she would have gotten an even bigger role in the story as it's the first time that a kid is involved in one of the stories. But then it didn't seem to change the process of the story at all. They are just fine and happy straight from the beginning and it kind of stays that way until the end. I just wish the love story would go through a process and that they develop feelings over time and just spend some time together before having sex. I mean it is a big deal to let someone in your life, especially when you have a kid to think about as well. But of course they are a happy family directly and in the end, she gives up her whole life, as she knows it, after not even two weeks to move and spend the rest of her life with him. 

There is just a lot of unused potential for their story and it seems more like an erotic novel for me than a romance book. And also who the heck shares a pizza? And what is the point of Emma doubting the situation continuously but never acting on it and still keeps rolling with it as it is? I mean if it doesn't add to the story why bring it up in the first place?
