This was a reread but it counts bc I read it from start to finish and wow, yeah. Still my all-time favorite dramione fanfic. Hands down, this is the one to beat.

DNF 56% (Chapter 30).
I read it before I started using goodreads but I found it on my old tablet so now I can finally mark it with exact dates.
It was so freaking long. It was far from the longest fic that I had ever read but it felt really long. And depressing. I dig hurt/comfort, but there wasn't enough comfort to plough through that gloom. And it's written in present time which is almost always downside for me.

I know it's considered Dramione classics, but I just can't make myself finish it.

tears, laughs, smiles, deep thinking and red cheeks (the smut is extraordinarily hot)… I loved everything about it, but the fact that it was a bit too much war and fighting for me
