A cute YA story featuring some of Superman's characters. It would work even without Lois and "SmallvilleGuy" (hmmmm) but having that added some interesting moments. I always love Lois and seeing her in high school was lots of fun. But the overall mystery was creepy and I hope that's not happening in real life.

i have to start by saying i love lois lane in any type of media, be it a movie, show or comic book, so it comes as no surprise that i love her in this book too. this is a different take of her character, mostly similar to smallville!lois (my personal favorite) so i LOVED her here! the story was interesting and i loved seeing lois chase the story but more importantly, i loved how much she stuck up for the people closest to her. another bonus in this book was smallvilleguy, who we all know is clark, obviously. can’t wait to see how lois’ journalism arc develops in the other books and how her friendship and future relationship with clark continues!

A really enjoyable read. I've always been a fan of Lois Lane, and here she's wonderfully captured along with her family members and Smallvilleguy(!) I really hope there's more from this series to come.

Did you guys know I love Lois Lane? Cuz FYI I freaking LOVE Lois Lane.
I have actually been wanting to read this book for years and was super excited to get my hands on it. At first I was hesitant cuz it shaped up sort of like a mystery, which I'm not a big fan of, but OMG it was so much more! It was fun and exciting and our heroine was daring and witty and her development of friendships was adorable! I loved the not-quite inclusion of Clark Kent because come on, do we really wanna see Lois fall for anyone else? Characters lile Lucy and Perry were more nice nods to the Superman background. The whole story was so much fun to read, I honestly can't wait to get the sequel!

This was so much fun. I don't know much about the characters in the DC Comics, but reading this book, I want to know everything about Lois Lane. Although I didn't get a lot of the "sciencey" part of the book, I couldn't stop reading it. I loved Lois's voice, and her sassy tone. And I want to know more about the super mysterious "SmallvilleGuy".

I thoroughly enjoyed this whole book. Lois Lane is a a fantastic heroine. I enjoyed the Superman references throughout the story. Subtle but definitely there. 

Definitely for fans of Veronica Mars or Buffy the Vampire Slayer. A good old more-than-meets-the-eye high school mystery. I can not wait for the next books and see what new trouble awaits Lois Lane
