Because I heard an overview with this author and I've seen a lot of similar information lately I want too surprised by anything I read in this book. There was some physiology I learned and some interesting data/facts. I think this is a very important topic and I need to take it to heart. I really hated the authors tone in the first few chapters though. When he started getting into the science I liked it better but it was just hard to get through the first part.
