Hacía ya un par de años desde que leí por última vez Bodas de Sangre, y me hizo mucha ilusión volverlo a leer. En especial la edición de Cátedras hispánicas, que me habían hablado muy bien de la sección introductoria a la obra. 

No creo necesario el hacer una reseña larga sobre esta obra, en especial por lo cortita que es y porque siempre he tenido dificultad en reseñar obras teatrales pues me es más complicado referenciarlas. Igualmente, siempre será de mis obras favoritas de Lorca. En especial el marco en el que se inspira y el énfasis en la tragedia que es (tanto lo teatral como el hecho que lo inspiró).

También añadir que la edición de por si está increíblemente bien tratada. Hay mucho respeto y mucho amor. Y algo que siempre me gusta leer son las secciones "sobre el autor" y "sobre la obra". Y, en este caso, te introduce realmente bastante en quién fue Federico y qué significó esta obra. También en la crítica del autor al estado del teatro español en ese entonces, al aburguesamiento. Y el marco que lo inspiró, y el cómo lo hizo. El incluir fragmentos de comentarios y entrevistas de Lorca y personas de su entorno (en especial las involucradas en la representación de la obra) aporta aún más. 

Lectura ligera pero leída con mucho cariño.

Desde lo antiguo a lo moderno, recogiendo mito y leyenda, esta obra teatral en prosa y verso es la tragedia m�s cruda de Federico Garc�a Lorca, una reflexi�n sobre la vida, la muerte y la �nica fuerza capaz de vencerla: el amor. Escrita en 1932, Bodas de sangre se basa en un suceso real, acaecido en Almer�a en 1928. Todo empez� con una boda a la que la novia no acudi�. Poco despu�s se encontr� el cad�ver de uno de sus primos y muy cerca de ah� apareci� ella, con el vestido desgarrado. It's girl rage on it's core. You'd think that it could only be achieved by being a Lana or a Marina fan- but Lorca, who was kind of just a girl himself, has mastered this genre.

           I love the theater Lorca wrote. The style of this play is superb and the intensity the drama makes you don't want to stop.

The characters are really interesting and still real. The young girls only want love, freedom. Bernarda is this powerful tyrannic figure that represent the tradition and do not let the freedom of happiness enter her house.The mother of Bernarda is the evidence of the lack of life in that house.

I love reading this book, so I fully recommend it

Was very easy to understand and has an intresting ending, i also like that the women are depicted in strong roles and that there are basically no males and some of them fight for what they want

i really liked it, omg. best characters were obviously all the women in the play (especially the bride) but special mention to the moon for personifying the relentless hunter of truth beautifully. as always, i'm a sucker for 1) tragedies 2) imageries with fire & sharp objects 3) themes of defying fate.

Una lectura obligatoria del instituto, pero no por ello menos entretenida. La casa de Bernarda Alba se hace muy amena, ligera y fácil de entender, pese a ser un clásico.
