A quick and delightful cozy fantasy in which the art style is vibrant and welcoming for all readers. With thay said, having a <200-page story can sacrifce elaboration on the backdrop on gender expression and inclusivity — side LGBTQ+ characters, town culture, etc. — as well as an expansive setting filled with many types of creatures and their relationships with one another. Regardless, I enjoyed myself getting sucked in this charming queer graphic novel.
