Ferran Adria Matador N

The latest issue of the magazine "Matador N" profiles the legendary Spanish chef Ferran Adria in a moment of transition, after the closure of his restaurant El Bulli, but before his new project, the elBulli Foundation, opens its doors. Adria shared with "Matador N" his experiences, obsessions and influences, and his plans for the future. Also included is a CD with four new songs by Peter Gabriel.
