this was alright, i just didn't love the characters. i wanted more from this story and it just wasn't giving me what i thought it would. some of the lines in here felt very weird to me so that kind of turned me off from the story.

Three stars for this short story.
I hadn’t read Zedde before and this short story was free so I gave it a shot. HOT! 

A femme herself, Nailah doesn’t do femmes. But then Scottie, a tall, gorgeous, femme asks for Nailah’s number. She was turning down Scottie, when her friend gave Scottie Nailah’s number. When Scottie calls, she agrees to a date. Wowza. 
This short is a tease for Zeddes’ novel Femme Like Her. I definitely need to read more of Nailah and Scottie.
