I'm always a fan of memoirs but I'm not sure that this one was needed. Yeah he was a husky rich kid who loved to eat and then struggled with self-image, popped pills and was bulimic for a short time in college, but I couldn't find that much of an engaging story here. I did enjoy certain aspects interesting and after reading this did for a short time muse about getting a personal trainer. A full two and a half stars for you (or 3 goodreads stars as the case may be).
