"Jackals and Arabs" (German: "Schakale und Araber") is a short story by Franz Kafka, written and published in 1917. The story was first published by Martin Buber in the German monthly "Der Jude". It appeared again in the collection "Ein Landarzt" ("A Country Doctor") in 1919.

I didn’t understand the meaning behind it at first, it took a bit of research.

The criticism of Zionism and European countries wasn’t popular back then and it still isn’t popular now, I admire him for using his talents to bring awareness to what was then just a conflict.

Arabs back then ignoring what they know what Zionists are trying to do, zionists’ warped, flawed and rude view of arabs and the role that Europe played (and still is playing) in it.
