I hated the twist(s) at the end but this was compulsively readable. I also want to know what year this was set in because I appreciate that miss ma'am is missing about 7 years of her memories but her genuine disbelief at having an iPhone as a signifier of how much money she makes in the present had me scratching my head.

I really liked this one. This concept was really unique and I think it played out well. You felt like this main character where you didn’t know who you could trust, you didn’t know what was the truth. That’s honestly what made the book the most wild was that lack of knowledge because but we ended also knowing more than our protagonist did at portions of the book but somehow also nothing at all. It was a lot and I was feeling it through most of the book. The only negative was there was something about the conclusion that just didn’t satisfy me and I still can’t explain how. It was just how I felt at the end and it’s still stuck with me. So everything was great, and it played out well, I guess it was just missing something for me.

I really liked this one. This concept was really unique and I think it played out well. I’m a die hard Freida fan but this one held no surprises or the shock and awe that most of her books have because it was almost completely identical to Before I Go To Sleep that was turned into a motion picture. Great movie by the way. I totally rate that 5 stars. The movie came out in 2014 and it still gives me shivers when I watch it. Much better to watch than to read with the same day repeating itself over and over again. 

Before anyone starts hating on me for this review, I did give it 3 stars because the writing is always easy to digest and I was able to finish it. I understand that authors pull inspiration from outside sources but it was just way too reminiscent of Before I Go To Sleep and I know Freida can do better.

This one kept my interest and kept me guessing up until the last few pages. I truly could not predict the ending, although I always try. I always enjoy Freida Mcfadden's books for being fast-paced and hard to put down.

Major let down. Groundhogs day but not really interesting… no extreme plot twists like we are used to from Freida. <spoiler> Only plot twists include finding her brain cancer diagnosis paperwork in the locked office drawer and then finding out her cancer was actually in remission. </spoiler> Ehhhh. Knocked this read down from a 3 star to a 2.5 star while writing this review as I realize just how underwhelming this read was.
