Lauren Layne can do no wrong. She's a master at writing Contemporary, with an eloquent and exquisite writing-style that leaves readers falling head over heels with her novels. This novella from The Wedding Belles is a great start to the series! Don't let the proper cover fool you. This novel is still as hot as her other novels *fans face*

Jason and Leah had a summer fling and things ended with a huge misunderstanding, that only Jason knows about and still feels heart-broken over the fact that Leah didn't stay to hear his side of the story. Now they have to work together and they are still very much attracted to one another, but still torn over what happened.

This novella broke my heart! I don't know how a novella can do much damage to my heart, but this one sure did. I teared up and wanted to hug these characters! I could feel all the emotions, from heart-break, to anger, to love... Everything was felt and from something so short! I wanted more from this couple and I know that Lauren will include them in the other books of the series, as she always does.

If it's Lauren Layne, then you know the romance is top-notch, sexy and hot to the max, yet sweet like a candy store. I was very satisfied and I enjoyed this one a lot!

Oh, I love reading Lauren Layne romance stories. She can always create such powerful romance stories that it will warm your heart! And she has created another fantastic romance series, The Wedding Bella. This new series will have new character that will have their self and new love which will complete them. Lauren Layne starts off with a novella to The Wedding Bella series, From This Day Forward.
From This Day Forward is a short novella to the The Wedding Bella series that will introduces new fresh character that will get their own romance later this year. In From This Day Forward, we get to read about the fantastic photography Leah who does incredible works especially wedding photography that it comes no surprise that she will photography a high profile wedding but there is a shocker fact which she will be partnering up with another photography Jason who is a ex. 
Leah is always working hard for her career that she has bad luck in the boyfriend department ever since her ex, Jason. They have a huge past together that it will take some communication for them to move it. Jason has always wanted to be with Leah but he never has fully opened up that he would have to be willing to up open if he wants a chance with her. They will both have some communication problems between them that it is going to take some time for them to express what they want from each other. 
From This Day Forward is another fantastic work of Lauren Layne romance titles that you will want more and more. But don't worry there is more to the The Wedding Bella series this year. Five Stars!

Novellas aren't always my favorite, but I can't pass up ANYTHING Lauren Layne writes. Seriously. She gets me. I love her books. I can already tell I'm going to love this new series. 

The misunderstandings were many in this book, and while that was frustrating at times, I still really enjoyed this novella. Leah and Jason needed to sit down and talk some stuff out. But, they were both stubborn and it was easier to walk away from each other in the past than to have the tough talk about what really happened. Now that they're back in each other's lives and as they have to work together to photograph a HUGE, career-building wedding, things are super messy. The attraction is still there. But so is the resentment over what happened between them years ago. Leah's convinced Jason is a giant manwhore. Jason is bothered that, once again, someone is assuming they understand him and have dismissed him instead of taking the time to get to know the REAL him. Leah's afraid to get close to him again, but the chemistry is tough to fight. 

This novella was a great start to a new series. I really liked the characters, even if I wanted to lock them in a room together and not let them out until they TALKED THINGS THROUGH or, you know, smack them upside the head a couple times for being ridiculous. It was sweet and sexy and made me swoon. I enjoyed the setting – come on, weddings and NYC? Just give me all the books now. I enjoyed getting to know a little bit about the Wedding Belles and I can't wait to get their stories.

Wheeee!!! A brand new Lauren Layne series! And it’s about weddings, too, which honestly sounds like heaven to me. The Wedding Belles kicks off with a sweet novella, a second chance romance between wedding photographers Leah and Jason. These two are still bitter and hurt over the end of their relationship – can they overcome their differences in order to work together… and win that happily ever after they capture on camera all the time?

It was both everything she remembered, and more. Somehow it was more. More intense than it had ever been, and somehow more important, too.

Lauren Layne always writes the best contemporary romances, and even with this quick novella, I was charmed and hooked onto the story. I’m not a big fan of miscommunication being used in romances, but somehow LL made it work for Leah and Jason. I could feel their heartbreak… and the feelings that they still have for each other. The chemistry between them has never died, and when they reunite, it seems to have grown even hotter. Their romance is as sweet and it is sexy, which made for a thoroughly enjoyable, satisfying read.

From This Day Forward is a charming and irresistible novella. It’s a great introduction to The Wedding Belles series, which will be about the wedding planners Leah and Jason work with. I honestly can’t wait to read more – I’m sure the series be another hit from LL!
