One if the first books I've read on feeding/sleeping, etc.... It's very black & white. No variation. I like the idea, but to me it's more of a guideline to give me an idea on what to do... If you can MAKE your infant follow a schedule then props to you!! Not saying I cater to my baby, but if he's hungry I'm feeding him whether its 'time' or not...
