This was beautifully illustrated, but of course it being different quotes and poems from different sources, some were bound to be more relatable and touching than others. Still, overall it was a very nice read.

Loved the second volume of the Zen Pencils comics, this one is a little more motivational than the previous one (or it's been a while since I've read the first volume) but the way the stories fit the quotes is pretty amazing. I'd recommend this even if you're content & doing well (mentally, at work, etc.) and if you're not, I hope this book inspires you because it did inspire me a little bit.

I read fair bit of graphic novels and comics and follow few online comic sites. Yet I had never heard of Zen Pencils (blasphemous, I know). I ordered this from the online library on a whim - it was only the first week of the year and my resolution of trying new things without checking reviews first hasn’t gone weak yet.

This one was awesome. It was also a much needed book, personally. One can finish it in one go within an hour or two, but it will leave a smile on your face and an imprint on your mind.
