A mad zombie party
Reviews

** spoiler alert ** giving these two a love story ruined the entire series for me but … i guess they deserve each other? highlights: - forever loving the girl who killed the girl you claimed to love forever - murderous villain getting love instead of an actually nice person with a chronic illness keeping love - magically healing years of childhood abuse (and murder!) by hooking up with one guy - the epilogue being “surprise i’m pregnant because we don’t know what a condom is” when the scene explicitly says they used a condom ,,, did anyone proofread this anyways i hate frosty and milla and i am very glad i’m done with them. also very disappointed in the amount of gay jokes (and the one incest joke in this that the characters didn’t notice???) to not get the gay story we deserved

Sadly I didn't enjoy the 4th and final book as much as I did the rest of the series. I feel like that was mainly due to this story focused more on Frosty and Camilla rather than Ali and Cole (who I loved by the way). I found myself really bored while reading and constantly checking to see how many pages I had left and finally said screw it and gave up on page 180 something. I still love Gena Showalter's novels and writing, don't get me wrong, but this was just wasn't for me.

Frosty's happily ever after. This is Frosty's happily ever after. I wanted to like this book. I loved the first three books in this series but this one was a struggle to finish. I like Frosty's character. I just couldn't bring myself to care anything about Milla in this book. Also, Frosty is no longer Frosty. The change in his character just ruined him. He seemed weak and pathetic in this book. He even changes to the point where he cares mor for Milla than anything else. I understand the self-sacrifice that characters feel but the attitude that he had was not believable. I also don't care about Milla's childhood. She was abused and endured some horrible things but that revelation doesn't change what she did guilt free... until she got caught. It took me forever to finish this book because I didn't like it. The book also ends with notes from main characters that are just ridiculous. The zombies are gone. Ali and Cole get married and have kids and live happily ever after working their dream jobs. Similar ridiculousness for Frosty and Milla. Ali and Milla are BFFs and laugh at the women lusting after their men. Then Kat's note. She is living it up as a witness and playing the field. Oh and she thinks River is the man oh her dreams. It is all just a bit too tidy and ridiculous.

This book appears on the shelf school 2022-2023
