This was so much more complicated than the 1rst one. As a fantasy girly I already knew a plot twist was coming and iykyk abt the FMC. Really good.

This scratched all the itches i had and it got me out of my reading slump. I do wish it was gayer but I liked the storyline and the slow burn was pretty good. And that final chapter?! Uff

Had the bones of a decent fae romance, but very boring overall.

Loved the fae universe & provider energy of Lach. Wish the two were able to spend more time together as a couple before the kidnapping happened. Had a lot of similar themes to ACOTAR series. Kept me on my toes & captivated. I was genuinely upset the second book wasn’t out yet.
