My daughter insisted that I read this next book in the series. This somewhat surprised me since the first book in the series was filled with many words that I did not even know the meaning of and had to look up. That shows the power of the story - even with the hard language you are captivated by the excellent storyline and the curiously interesting characters. This is a great read aloud book, but you'll probably find yourself stumbling over a few words.
