bought it on the fly due to the intriguing title, a recommendation in a newsletter and being only 0,89€ for the ebook version.

I expected something else, more about actual marketing strategies, but if I had read the description before the purchase, I'd have known that it's actually about customer research. 

The underlying theory is: "forget the funnel as it's too shallow. find out your actually customers' journey, problems, thoughts, feelings etc." 

Sooo it's not what I expected, but it looks solid? Not much fluff, actionable steps and easy to read.
