@jennieallen wrote a great read that needs to be reread fairly often. Get Out Of Your Head is a great book that ties in postitivty, mental health, brain research and the Bible.

“We have bought the lie that we are victims of our thoughts rather than warriors equipped to fight on the front lines of the greatest battle of our generation: the battle of our minds.” She (Jennie Allen) had me from page 4.

When your mind wanders, it tends to default to negative thoughts. Don’t you just love that?
Sit back and grab this read sit that you can learn to remind yourself that You are Chosen, Your are Safe, You are Gods. This wonderful book is one to pick up and re-read fairly often.

Get Out of Your Head” is a self-help book that aims help readers break free from the cycle of negative thinking and overcome anxiety and fear. Jennie Allen offers practical strategies and techniques for replacing negative thoughts with more positive and productive ones and suggests ways to build resilience and find lasting peace and joy. We must take every thought captive to be set free and once we are set free we can help to set others free. #booksbrewsbotanicals #goodreads #letsread #youarechosen

This book was life-changing for me. It examines ways of thinking that lead to stress, anxiety, etc., all the while acknowleding that clinical conditions outside the realm of this book do exist. I was convicted about the need for more community in my life, as we are made for relationships. Even an introvert like me. I definitely recommend this to my Christian friends.
