This book was life-changing for me. It examines ways of thinking that lead to stress, anxiety, etc., all the while acknowleding that clinical conditions outside the realm of this book do exist. I was convicted about the need for more community in my life, as we are made for relationships. Even an introvert like me. I definitely recommend this to my Christian friends.
