Enjoyable story about how a boy adjusts to middle school after being home-schooled his entire life on a commune (of which only he and his grandmother are the remaining members). By being one part oblivious and one part true to himself he finds his place.

I read this a few years ago, and I thought it was so relatable. Middle school can be tough and terrible for some, and many people change. I'm lucky enough that it hasn't changed me!
