I got this book when my old roommate bought it for me because I read He's Just Not That Into You. I skimmed through it, but since I was not going through a breakup at the time, I pushed it to the back of my bookshelf and never thought about it again. 

Until now - my boyfriend broke up with me and within seconds had moved out leaving me reeling not knowing what to do or which way to turn. He said he loved me, so how is it he could run away from me so quickly? I remembered this book was hiding out, so I found it and hoped it would help. And help it did (as much as it could). It really is a lot of common sense, but when you're going through heartache, you tend to throw common sense out the window. The best part is my friend is going through a breakup herself, so I was able to help her while we lean on each other during this time. 

Right now, it's time just to focus on me. Greg told me so :)
