The premise of this book is amazing and terrifying at the same time. A month has gone missing from the memories of everyone in China. What happened that month and who wanted to keep it hidden from Chinese citizens? And, even more worrying, how did they all those their memories of this month? 

The book was good until the third part, where it tailed off for me. The ending, while important and informative, felt more like a list rather than a descriptive storyline and I found myself getting a bit bored.
