This book was.... Something. I was very attracted to someone hunting down evil people and killing them in the most horrific ways. Pedos, rapists, etc. A great pleasure to see such a fantasy in a book. Now, it did get weird when she literally got off on the act of doing so, and having an orgy with a mutilated corpse in the corner of the room. 

But what surprised me the most was the ending. The henchmen were honestly my favorite part. Just to find out they were a delusion. Just mannequins and sex toys mixed with  hallucinations. Was Zade real? Is that why he and the people she killed called her crazy? Because she actually was??

I thought this was a good book and I enjoyed it.

i read haunting adeline before this novella so i knew kinda most of her story but sibby broke my heart, she became one of that characters that i just wanna protect, i love that demon slayer so so much. ❤️

also getting this glimpses of zade and addie agh the way sibby describes their smells as roses and burned roses pls just soulmatism shit.

One has long, beautiful cinnamon colored hair, with light freckles dotting her creamy skin. The other has smooth dark brown skin, light green eyes." 
(....) "I inhale, and nearly choke on the scent of him. He doesn't smell rotten, but he smells of fire and brimstone and something... sweet. Like... like burnt roses. He's definitely not pure. But I can't say he's evil, either." THE PARALLELS PLEASE

- "Maybe people with dark souls aren't all bad. Just because they're dark, that doesn't mean they're not redeemable. That doesn't mean there isn't good in there."

I enjoy the writing style but the plot and characters get an absolute 0.

The only reason I'm giving this book two stars is because of the ending, I was shocked 🙀 But other than that I wasn't that shook by this book. The only reason I read it was because it was recommended before reading Haunting Adeline.

4.5* Sibby was really cool she gave off Harley Quinn vibes. Some parts were a little too descriptive for my liking but I was dumbfounded by the ending

This was not what I expected. It's very gorey, but very sexy as well. You feel sorry for Sibby as the story goes on, and the twist was not expected! A quick read before you start Haunting Adeline.
