This book is so beautiful! I grew up with the movie 'Anastasia' and have always loved it, until this day. I am lucky enough to have this copy on my bookshelf! It is outstanding to read how much thought and work was put into this movie! As long as I remember, I always noticed it had richer, deeper pictures than other animated movies from that time, but only now, I fully understand the detail of the work that went into it! Not just that the producers wanted to make an animated movie as never seen before, but also their huge research about the Romanov family is absolutely fascinating. The details of the characters and places are just so beautiful. 

I didn’t think it was possible, but after reading this book, I adore the movie even more!
