Deadly Harvest

The second installment in the Flynn Brothers Trilogy, this book centers on the middle brother, Jeremy. He is called to Salem to help investigate into a friend's sudden disappearance. A woman whom he had met in New Orleans, by name of Rowena is also called to the scene. The two seem to feel a certain way about one another but aren't spilling the tea to each other yet. The romance started to happen surprisingly early in this book.

Things take a dark and mysterious turn when a dead woman turns up in the cornfields dressed up as a scarecrow. Local legend of the Harvest Man has Rowenna on edge after discovering the body in the cornfields. Things begin to get more mysterious as Rowenna seems to have almost a 6th sense about what has taken place. More bodies are discovered and the tension mounts to find the killer.

The killer is discovered and caught and of course things end all nice and happy with a quick explanation for our killer's motive.
