The Séance

We start with our protagonist at a young age and we get to discover her strange gift, being able to see and commune with the dead. Her first time being after her grandfather had passed. However, her family for the most part are scared or upset by it amd more or less tell her to suppress her gift. Which she does.

 After a night with an Ouija board, small and strange things begin to happen around Christina and she feels quite uneasy in her home.

 It turns out to of course be a ghost, who reaches out to Christina asking her for help. He wants his innocence proven(having been accused of being a serial killer)and countless potential victims saved now that killings have once again cropped up. Everything in the same pattern as before. I find the relationship between the ghost and Christina to be quite amusing at times, and just a little weird in how it is handled.

 There are some editing errors that got missed when this was published and it detracted from the story just a bit.

 I wish we had gotten the motives behind the killings. The overall mystery plot fell kind of flat for this one and I felt the pacing was a bit off as well.
