Thornton's brother, MI5 agent Wilder is on the hunt for the person who had the audacity to threaten his family.  He's been stuck with a partner of sorts from Homeland Security.  She is temptation wrapped in a sparkling package for our Wilder.  But Wren has secrets of her own and a multi-layered agenda that will make your head swim!

Wren is super intelligent, forthright but to do her job she has to lie t just about everyone.  I loved all the layers of espionage and spycraft and that it was the female of the pairing who was really the superspy, although Wilder was no slouch!
