A very quick and fun read; the quality of writing was better than the actual plot and where the book went with it but there were many razor-sharp instances of female friendship that I enjoyed (in particular the moment with Lucille and Sandy.) I did wish we got to see more of Lucille towards the end.

I read this in just a few sittings. I couldn't stop reading. Let's do friendship and with no turning back. Recommend to people who don't mind (or do like) some gore, masochistic idiots, and young women who are devoted to getting out of the shit they've been dealt.

A fun story about Best Friends 

It to ok me a few months to read this but ok because I was busy and couldn’t read it every day. I loved Winona and Lucile. I was rooting for them as they had their ups and downs of this story. I’m not one to read co authored books, but this one was so fun and so seem less. I don’t want to spoil the book, but I loved the ending chapters a lot.

2.5 stars. Teen Thelma and Louise that's pretty dark all around but made for good compulsive reading. I was just frustrated that we missed out on watching Winona and Lucille becoming friends, and instead were simply told that they had become friends a year prior thanks to a chance meeting outside the local police station. This is... pretty flimsy backstory tbh and made it difficult to suspend my disbelief.

Hello Girls more like a a rollercoaster of bad ideas by Winona and Lucille!
Not my new favourite book, but it was an enjoyable and pretty fast read. The girl power vibes were amazing!

Love this! I feel like I started my reading year with a bang. If you like Thelma & Louise, you will love this. What a ride! It is a story about true friendship. And freedom. The main characters aren't perfect and they recognize it and change whatever they need to. They are able to analyze themselves, feel guilty, but also sometimes being human is making a mistake but not feel completely bad cause some people just treat others evil for no reason and you gotta fight for yourself. Oh and the rough hard! Plus listening to the audiobook made me easily picture everything like in a movie! The way on of the scenes was written, mentioning the sun light... Perfect! Even the title is appropriate for the story (and really didn't need the explanation). I will probably re-read it!
