Pre-reading, Pre-release:

please, PLEASE tell me this is the last book in the series! The onl reason I'm still reading this series is because I HAVE to know how it ends, but I don't think I can hang on for much longer.

the first three books are okay, I guess... but I like to skip them as often as I can. book 3 & 4 pisses me off. 5... I don't remember what happened in five. At book 6 I started really HATING this series. After book 6 I read book 7 hoping they would bring Heath back and they didn't but I kept with it because Stevie Rae and Rephaim were awesome enough to keep me interested. than book 9... FINALLY Heath is back, THANK YOU! 
But I seriously can not see the series ending in a way that will make ANYONE happy. Unless, of course, it just ends. that would make lots of people happy. :)

Yeah, but seriously, this series just MIGHT be the death of me.

Ending was really great. But Zoey starts to annoy me more and more. She falls in love with anyone who breathes in her direction. I didn’t much care for Stark in the beginning. And he just keeps getting worse. Each book he becomes more and more controlling. I don’t care is he is Zoey’s guardian. He’s nothing but a controlling douche bag.

Well, I didn't cry nearly as much this time as I normally do during a HON novel so it's better and yet not better at the same time! I enjoy that Neferet is finally getting what she deserves and that things are looking up for the kids, who are having to take on so much.

Also, I'm so epically happy that there isn't as much of the writers feeling the need to explain every day words because they feel like teenagers won't understand them. But I'm still confused on how all of this crap is happening to them but they still have time to watch more tv shows than me!

All in all, a good book for those that have been following the series from the beginning. As always I agree that they are really just trying to drag out what could have been a 6 book series but I can't blame someone for selling something that people are obviously willing to buy!
