What happens when a calm and quiet dandelion meets a loud and scowling Parker? Conan moves to the Big City for university, but he doesn't know how to interact with others. He is socially awkward and is considered weird and strange. He also can't touch people without feeling sick. But why? Parker is wild, outgoing, and loves to party.
